Submitted papers will be subject to a conventional double blinded peer review process. Papers should be submitted following a layout template, which will be shared before the submission deadline. Submitting an abstract is not required, but we strongly encourage you to submit a 500 word abstract as it will assist in the conference organisation. Submitted abstracts/papers will submitted through EasyChair, which will be live shortly.
Proposals for workshops should be submitted to info@robarch2026.org, and they will be evaluated by the workshop committee based on their potential success and novelty. Requirements for the application is detailed in the workshop call. The proposals will be evaluated through a two step process, which begins with an initial evaluation, adter which select proposals will be contacted regarding the technicalities and feasibility of their proposals, after which the following selection will be performed.
