Submitted papers will be subject to a double blinded peer review process. Papers should be submitted following a layout template, which will be shared before the submission deadline.
Abstracts should be a one page pdf document with 500 words, and images if applicable. Abstract submissions does not require a template.
Note that submitting an abstract is not mandatory to submit a final paper, but greatly assists the conference chairs in finding suitable reviewers. Abstract will get feedback after the deadline, but is not subject to a review.
Proposals for workshops should be submitted to info@robarch2026.org, and they will be evaluated by the workshop committee based on their potential success and novelty. Requirements for the application is detailed in the workshop call. The proposals will be evaluated through a two step process, which begins with an initial evaluation, adter which select proposals will be contacted regarding the technicalities and feasibility of their proposals, after which the following selection will be performed.
As part of the ROB|ARCH 2026 conference, we invite the community to contribute to the Special Session, a dedicated platform for work‑in‑progress research, artistic or experimental work, student projects, and design explorations that would benefit from peer discussion but are not intended for inclusion in the conference proceedings.
